Agreement

By using Clockwise Entertainment's website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure
One account per person - no multiple accounts
Don't share your login info with others

Under 13 Years Old?

If you are under 13 years old, you must have a parent or guardian create an account for you and supervise your use of our services.

Even though there isn't much you can do on our website right now (mainly creating an account and downloading games), we still want to make sure all our users stay safe - especially younger ones!

Parents/Guardians: If your child wants to use Clockwise Entertainment, please create the account yourself and monitor their activity. 👨‍👩‍👧

Username Guidelines

Your username and display name must follow these rules:

Must be at least 3 characters long
No offensive words, slurs, or hate speech
No impersonating others or famous people

About Religious Terms

We do not allow religious terms in usernames or display names. This includes words like "God," "Allah," "Jesus," "Muslim," "Christian," "Jewish," "Hindu," "Buddhist," "Atheist," and similar religious terms.

Why? This is NOT because we don't support religions - we absolutely do! We respect and support people of all faiths and beliefs, including atheists and agnostics.

We have this rule because we believe using religious terms as usernames can be disrespectful. Someone using "God" or "Allah" as their username could be seen as mocking or making fun of that religion. We want to prevent anyone from using religious names inappropriately or offensively.

By keeping religious terms out of usernames, we create a neutral and respectful space for everyone, regardless of their beliefs. 💙

What's Not Allowed

When using our services, you agree NOT to:

Use offensive language - No slurs, hate speech, or discriminatory language
Harass others - Be respectful to everyone
Spam - Don't flood or spam any part of our services
Hack or cheat - No exploiting bugs, hacking, or cheating in our games
Impersonate others - Don't pretend to be someone you're not
Share harmful content - No illegal, violent, or inappropriate content
Abuse the system - Don't try to break or exploit our services

Consequences

If you break these rules, we may:

Temporarily suspend your account
Permanently ban your account

We decide what action to take based on how serious the violation is.

Don't copy, sell, or redistribute our content without permission
